Our culinary team presents a festive five-course Holiday Prix Fixe Dinner, featuring a curated progression of soup, salad, and choice of Classic Beef Wellington or Pan Seared Scallops with a complimentary glass of champagne. Dinner is $100 per person and available from 4pm to 9 pm. Enjoy breathtaking views and a menu designed to make your holiday celebrations truly special just 30 minutes from downtown San Antonio.

Book your stay at Hillside and celebrate New Year’s Eve the relaxed, hill country way. Enjoy our Holiday Prix Fixe Dinner at La Colline from 4 pm to 10 pm, then head to the bar for light bites and drinks until 12:30 am. Live music will be performed 7 pm to 10 pm with Kelbi Winters. As midnight nears, walk to the Arbor and Terrace to watch the San Antonio skyline fireworks in peaceful hill country quiet. Live music will be performed in the evening. The perfect way to reset, recharge, and welcome the new year.
