Appointments are required before service. Book online or please call/text us at 830-538-3200 when staying in our hotel, dial “0” from any hotel room phone.
Spa parties, bridal parties & groups are welcome with reservations,
please ring our front desk to schedule your event.
Cancellation Policy
Spa changes or cancellations may be made without penalty by providing 48 hours prior notice to Guest Services. Changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice to Guest Services will result in a 100% charge for such Spa service. Group services are specially contracted with their cancellation agreement.
