Cancellation Policy
Spa changes or cancellations may be made without penalty by providing 48 hours prior notice to Guest Services. Changes or cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice to Guest Services will result in a 100% charge for such Spa service. Group services are specially contracted with their cancellation agreement.
