AN EVENING WITH STILL AUSTIN
Hillside Texas welcomes Still Austin Whiskey Co. to Castroville for a five-course tasting dinner featuring dishes created to complement the tasting notes of five Still Austin spirits. Representatives from the Still Austin distilling team will join us throughout the evening to share more about what’s in your glass and the craft behind each pour.

Each course has been thoughtfully developed around the nose, palate and tasting notes of its paired Still Austin spirit. From straight bourbon and cask strength rye to a refreshing gin finish, the menu moves through five distinct pairings designed to bring out something different in both the plate and the pour.

Still Austin Head Distiller John Shrepel and Single Barrel Program Manager Christian Wilhoft will join us for the evening, bringing the story of Still Austin from the distillery to the table.

What does my ticket include?
Your $70 ticket includes the five-course dinner, five paired Still Austin spirit tastings and applicable tax.

Is gratuity included?
Yes. A 21% gratuity will be added to the $70 ticket price, along with applicable tax. Tickets are prepaid, and cancellations are accepted up to one week before the event.

Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
Yes. Seating is limited to approximately 80 guests, and advance ticket purchase is required.
​
Will additional drinks be available?
Yes. A special menu of Still Austin cocktails will be available for purchase during the event along with fountain soda drinks, tea, and water. La Colline also has a full bar.

Can I stay overnight?
Hillside Texas is sold out on the evening of September 17. We encourage guests traveling from outside Castroville to make transportation arrangements in advance.

What is the refund policy?
Tickets may be canceled and refunded up to seven days prior to the event. Beginning seven days before the event, all ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.
