We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, or used to purchase other Gift Certificates. The gift certificate must be presented at the time of check out. The gift certificate holds no cash value and can not be combined with any other offer or used during a special event. The gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

All gift certificates are non refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates are valid for one year and expire after one year from date of purchase.

Gift certificates purchased via the website or phone will be mailed first class mail through USPS. Gift Certificates will be shipped in 1 to 3 business days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. For more information, please call the hotel directly.
