We adhere to a forty-eight-hour cancellation policy for all guaranteed hotel reservations. A credit card guarantee is required for all guests at check-in. All room bookings exchanged for Gift Certificates must be pre-booked via our Reservations Team. The Gift Certificate(s) must be presented at the reservation and upon check-in at the hotel prior to any services being used. The gift certificate holds no cash value and can not be combined with any other offer. The gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

We cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates are not replaceable if lost, damaged, stolen, or expired and are void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced.

All gift certificates are non refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates are valid for one year and expire after one year from date of purchase.

Gift certificates purchased via the website or phone will be mailed first class mail through USPS. Gift Certificates will be shipped in 1 to 3 business days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. For more information, please call the hotel directly.
