Warm-up and enjoy the best flavors fall has to offer with our new autumn craft-cocktail menu at Texas Bistro, located inside the Hillside Boutique Hotel. As the swelter days of Texas summer lead into the chilly days of Autumn, our taste in drinks change as well. We’ve pulled together an incredible list of craft-cocktails inspired by the warm flavors of the season. Reservations are not required but recommended.

Bourbon Apple Cider

If you are a bourbon drinker, you can imagine how wonderful it is paired with apple cider. Our Bourbon Apple Cider craft-cocktail is made with Crown Apple infused with Regal Gala Apple Flavors topped with Cinnamon and a Lemon Twist. The sweetness of bourbon with caramel notes combined with the tartness of apples makes for a beautifully curated match.

Fireside Chat

A warm and herbal combination of Isle of Skye Scotch, Grand Marnier, Sweet Vermouth with Bitters.

Autumn Harvest House-Made Sangria

Our Autumn Harvest Sangria is bursting with fall's best flavors like apples, oranges, cloves, cinnamon, and figs. Our House-Made Sangria is made with Fresh and Crisp Seasonal Fruits spiced with anise, Cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla.

Winter's Eve

A combination of Disaronno almond sweetness paired with the depth and smokiness of Johnny Walker Red label, with Fresh Lemon Juice, Apple Cider, and Bitters.

Autumn Storm

The Autumn Storm is our twist on the classic dark and stormy cocktail. This sweet yet bitter drink featured Spiced Dark Rum and Ginger Beer
