The Texas Bistro's menu reflects the culinary traditions of the Texas Hill Country with a modern twist on comfort cooking. We strive to prepare and cook each dish to order using only the highest quality ingredients, to source locally where we can, and to serve our customers a hearty and healthy meal with a smile. Reservations are not required, but always welcomed.

The Barrel Room Bar is located inside the Texas Bistro. Enjoy game day on one of the numerous screens or just kick back and relax. Football and other major league sports will be shown Thursday through Saturday. The Barrel Room offers premium spirits, craft-beer, and our new craft-cocktail menu.

We definetly think s'mores taste best when on vacation. Join us for s'mores from 7:30 to 8:30 PM. S'mores are complimentary to guests and are available at the front desk.
Poolside Service
Relax and enjoy pool service while lounging at our hilltop pool. Pool service is available from 11 AM to 9 PM and includes select food items, craft cocktails, wine, and beer.
Boardgames
Board games are available to check out at the front desk. Games include Catchphrase, Scrabble, Sorry, Monopoly, Checkers, Deck of Cards, and more.

About Us
A hidden gem in the hill country.
Hillside Boutique Hotel is located on a 13-acre hillside in Castroville, Texas. Renovated in 2018 by local owners, the 38-room hotel boasts a Hill Country modern design with custom artisan touches and panoramic views.
The Hillside collection of blankets, pillows, rugs, bath products, robes and even all the beds and furniture is available for purchase. The hotel accepts inquiries at the front desk and certain items are available for immediate purchase in the lobby store.
