After scrambling for eggs on the arbor and terrace with picturesque views of the rolling hills and Medina River Valley, we invite you to sip on mimosas, bloody mary’s or cocktails from our new craft-cocktail brunch menu as you celebrate Easter in style.  Guests can enjoy herb crusted prime rib, a breakfast buffet with favorites such as cream cheese and mixed berry French toast bake, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and more. Other items include crab and wild rice stuffed flounder topped with a lobster cajun cream and chive garnish, chicken piccata, and a full dessert bar. 

Families can also expect to enjoy several activities to enjoy after the Easter feast. Families will be able to take photos with the Easter Bunny, enjoy crafts and activities with Easter-themed coloring books, lawn games, and more.
