How much is Holiday Brunch with Santa per person? 

$29 Adults  | $15 Children Ages 7-12 | Children 6 & Under Free

Are drinks included?

Tea, water, and coffee are included in the cost. Alcoholic beverages, soda, apple juice, orange juice, and any other additional beverages are an additional cost. 

Are there any additional fees?

18% Gratuity and tax will be added to all checks.

I submitted my information online. What happens next?

A front desk agent will call you to confirm the availability of the time request, confirm your reservation, and go over event details with you. Your reservation is not confirmed until you have spoken with a front desk agent and have provided us with a credit card on file to hold your reservation. 

 

Why do I need to put a credit on file? 

All reservations for special events require a valid credit card to finalize your booking in our reservation system. Your credit card will not be charged. Your credit card will only be used to hold the reservation. If you have not provided a credit card, your reservation is not guaranteed. A front desk agent will call you to get your credit card information. 

Can I pay with a different credit card?

Yes! You will receive a check at the end of your meal and can pay with cash or card. 

Can I add people to my reservation? 

Yes. The last day to add to your reservation is December 5. Due to table sizes and seating charts we will not be able to add additional seating. 

Is this a self-serve event? 

Yes. This is an all-you-can-eat chef driven buffet. 

What are you serving?

Please visit our menu to see all items that will be served. 

How long do we have to eat?

You and your guests have the table for one hour and thirty minutes. 

I don't see the seating time I want. What do I do?

Unfortunately, if you do not see a seating time that you want, it means that seating time is full. 

Where will we sit? 

We will only have indoor seating available. We have  a select number of tables available that hold up to 10 guests. Seating is assigned only. This is a communal seating event only, meaning multiple parties will be seated at the same table unless a group buys out an entire table. 

 

What if I want to sit with another group of friends at the same table? 

​If you would like to be seated with another party please let the front desk know. We suggest having both groups under one party name to ensure that you sit together or make your reservation as soon as possible together. We will try our best to accommodate any requests, but we can not make any guarantees. 

 

What will the photo op be?

We will have a photo op with Santa available. We will not have a photographer on-site. Guests are responsible for taking their own photos using their own devices. 

 

When do we get to see Santa?

There will be two opportunities for guests to see Santa. Santa will come and say his Ho, Ho, Ho’s during brunch. He will go around to each table and greet guests, listen to little one’s Christmas wishes, and pose for a photo or two. After Santa has visited each table he will go to the North Pole  where families can take a photo with him at our photo op. 

Cancellation Policy

This is a reservation-only event. Reservations can be made through email, website, or over the phone.  All reservations for Brunch with Santa require a valid credit card to finalize the booking in our reservation system. Reservations are first come, first serve.  The customer’s credit card will not be charged unless they cancel after December 5, 2021 or as a result of a no show.  Guests can pay with a different card upon check out. 


Reservations must be canceled by Friday, December 5, 2021, by 5 PM without penalty. The customer agrees to process a payment of the full amount of the number per guest on their reservation if they do not cancel their reservation by Friday, December 5, or in the result of a no-show. Reservations can be canceled through email or by calling the hotel directly.
